The client brief was to offer quality resources and services for their EAP (Employee Assistance Program) clients. With access to resources and evidence-based exercise frameworks, the client, Access Wellbeing Services, saw the potential to leverage these as a point of difference.
As opposed to creating an app that would simply host resources, the concept was to create a product that was a cohesive mental-health app, purpose-built for working West Australians.
RESILnZ™ was created to help working West Australians build their resilience, wellbeing, and mental strength through evidence-based exercises.
By providing multiple features that supported a healthy wellbeing such as; resilience exercises; daily mood monitoring; meditation; podcasts; and heart-rate monitoring, the app would allow Western Australian's to monitor and maintain their mental health on a daily basis.
