Not-For-Profit organisations must balance service delivery to clients with a wide range of regulatory and internal reporting requirements. We work with Not-For-Profit organisations across Australia to drive effectiveness in both service provision and reporting.
We help organisations deploy digital skillsets to:
We harness and shape the data NFPs need for:
As part of our NFP engagements we apply for a Google Advertising Grant which if successful enables our NFP clients to receive over $150,000 of free Google search ads per annum. Tonic Digital on behalf of the client applies via TechSoup (Connecting Up Australia) and Google directly for the grant.
As part of an engagement, we create and manage the Google Ads account, advertising campaigns (using the grant for the click-spend budget) and performance, and reporting month-on-month.
The goal of this monthly management is to:
Google requires the advertisements that are running via the grant maintain a click-through-rate (CTR) of 5% ongoing. If this CTR metric is not maintained then the grant will void. Therefore it’s critical that the account and advertising is managed correctly not only to ensure the grant is not lost, but to allow for a measurable return on investment to be demonstrated via the advertising.
Tonic has a proven track-record in maintaining all of our clients minimum 5% CTR month-on-month in conjunction with delivering measurable insights that demonstrate community reach & engagement, service utilisation, donation and volunteer enquiry increases and more.
We provide our clients with a monthly handwritten report and annual report allowing clients to share insights with their respective boards or to include in their respective annual reports.
If you would like to learn more about how our NFP marketing services and how the grant can help support your organisation’s goals, please get in touch with us.
